Today was a busy day and somewhat of a bummer.  It was my dad’s last day in the states on a normal basis for the next three years as he has taken up a job in the Philippines.  After a semi-productive day at work my brother picked me up from work and we went down to have a big family meal to wish him off before he leaves tomorrow morning.  Even though I am trying to keep to a strict diet for my marathon training, I am sad to report I had a few too many burritos: but I’m sure I’ll be okay =) .
